COVID-19 PROGRAMS

During the most challenging times, BeverlyCare started a COVID-19 Program that provides COVID-19 Testing, Treatment and Vaccination. Through this program, our goal is to help keep our community safe and ensure that everyone has access to the necessary resources when most needed.

Vaccines are safe and effective, and we are proud to continue our COVID-19 Vaccination Program. BeverlyCare administers first, second and boosters PFIZER Vaccines to the following groups:

  • Pediatrics: 5 to 18 years old, with the supervision of our Pediatrics physicians
  • Adults: 19 years and older, with access to our Internal Medicine Physicians

BeverlyCare is pleased to serve the community by distributing Free COVID-19 Home Test Kits. Each kit contains 2 tests and are recommended within six days of onset symptoms. Click here to complete the Form.

Print, complete the form and bring it to our COVID-19 Clinic. Test Kits are available while supplies last. 

BeverlyCare provides Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) that detects SARS-CoV-2 and Antigen Rapid Tests as well. In order to keep our patients and staff safe, please make an appointment to schedule a test and follow the instructions given by our personnel.

COVID-19 Tests Appointments

If you suspect or have COVID-19, it is important that you stay quarantined. BeverlyCare offers telehealth visits so you could discuss your status and consult with our providers as needed. You are able to connect via phone, ipad, laptop or pc from home. We have Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, and Family Medicine providers available to you via Telemedicine. To make an appointment, please choose the provider and request an appointment via phone and online.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, our providers will be able to provide oral treatment. Paxlovid and Molnupiravir are available at our clinics. Currently, this program is limited to 12 years and older. For more information, please contact us via phone at 833-423-8227.
